Indian Flavors was born from a simple conviction: Rabat deserved a indian restaurant that would not compromise on spices or on traditional cooking techniques. No watered-down recipes for the local market — the same taste you'd find in family kitchens across northern India.

Our clay tandoor oven, heated with charcoal, sits at the heart of the kitchen — it's what gives our naan bread its signature crust and our grilled dishes their distinctive smokiness. Every dish is cooked to order, never in advance.

The spices are imported directly and ground on-site, and our recipes follow those passed down through several generations. It's this care, more than any marketing argument, that keeps our customers coming back.
